MMA, kickboxing, No-Gi Jiu Jitsu, submission wrestling and conditioning, every one of them included in every membership.
Our MMA classes are at the heart of Freestyle MMA Academy, designed to develop complete, well-rounded fighters by integrating striking, grappling and wrestling into one seamless system.
These classes combine elements of kickboxing, No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling and clinch work, helping students understand how to transition between ranges and disciplines effectively. Whether you're looking to compete, train for self-defense, or simply challenge yourself, the MMA program delivers high-level instruction in a structured, supportive environment.
Technique night covers the mechanics; sparring and wall work put them under pressure. Striking, grappling, wrestling and clinch work integrated into one game.
Classes blend traditional kickboxing techniques with elements of Muay Thai for a dynamic, effective striking system at all levels. We don't run a separate Muay Thai class; instead, we incorporate elbows, knees, clinch work and sweeps/throws into our training, giving students a comprehensive stand-up skill set that's practical for both sport and self-defense.
Classes focus on effective grappling with an emphasis on No-Gi training for adults. As an MMA-based academy, our BJJ classes include positional control, submissions, escapes and transitions. This style of training aligns closely with modern MMA and is ideal for athletes looking to round out their skillset or for self-defense.
Wrestling sessions to sharpen takedowns, top pressure and scrambles, the connective tissue between your striking and your ground game.
Our conditioning class is designed to help you build strength, boost endurance and burn fat, all while improving your athletic performance. We combine functional movements, bodyweight exercises, kettlebell work and circuit training in an intense, fast-paced format. Every workout is scalable and designed to challenge all fitness levels.
Training for invited athletes preparing to compete. Facility access during this session is limited to invited athletes and coaches no spectators or bystanders.
While conditioning isn't a martial arts class, it's the perfect complement to your MMA, BJJ or kickboxing training, helping you develop the explosive power, cardio and durability you need to perform at your best.

Not at all. Our competition team trains by invitation only. Plenty of members train purely for fitness, skill and self-defense and never step into a competition.
